Payment is required at booking. You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments are nonrefundable. If an emergency comes up, email Joey as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. If Joey needs to cancel, you may choose a new appointment or a full refund.
